Columbus October 31

I visited the Columbus Zoo October 31 and stayed inside.

Buddy, a hawksbill sea turtle. She lives with manatees.

A pelican, also with the manatees. I didn't note the species.

Red Sea sailfin tang

Razorfish. Lousy picture but interesting fish. They hang out nose-down.

Monitors

Monitor lizards come in a range of sizes but are very similar in terms of body shape.

Mertens' water monitor (Columbus Zoo). I often find this one basking like this. Sometimes it's in its pool.

Komodo dragon (Columbus Zoo). This one's a good eight feet long.
