Smooth-fronted Caimans

Smooth-fronted caimans were new to me when I visited the Columbus Zoo's Reptile Building in April.

I wish I'd achieved better focus because the reflection of a reddish light behind the caiman makes this a cool shot.

 

The next two go together.

The yellow floating bits are some kind of caiman kibble.

The head is square and flat.
